We believe in the importance of training and support, and for our residential products, we assure you of the following:
Free Virtual Training
Virtual training will be available free of charge whenever your installers need it.
Easy Commissioning
Commissioning can be done easily and without delays.
Resolved Remotely
Our apps can monitor and adjust the units' settings (or restart), so most issues can be resolved remotely without needing a call-out.
For C&I products, our expert can help with site design, specification, troubleshooting and so on, but your engineers would need to be familiar and trained for the larger jobs. (Our expert would not be able to train a domestic installer into a commercial one).
